About this website
CYQ builds and maintains 3D quoting systems for businesses that sell custom built products. Sending an enquiry or creating a workspace is free and does not purchase a service, reserve a build date or agree a monthly retainer. Booking a quoting review is a separate, paid appointment (A$500) confirmed by email. Any build work requires a separate written scope and agreement.
Sample builders and imagery
The six builders and the pool film are concept ranges created to show the approach. The products, materials and dimensions are illustrative examples, not a real supplier catalogue. The finished garden imagery is a rendered visualisation, not a photograph of completed client work. The sample builders do not send enquiries to any business, reserve appointments or accept payments. The CYQ contact form sends a real enquiry to us.
Product and site suitability
Sample selections are not a quote, construction drawing, engineering certification or confirmation of installation suitability. A business using a CYQ builder assesses its real products, site requirements, regulations and final pricing. Do not rely on sample dimensions for a purchase or construction decision.
Your account
Provide accurate business contact details, keep your password and recovery code private and use the workspace only for lawful business enquiries and your own sample designs. Do not attempt to access another account, submit malicious content or disrupt the service. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Service scope
Each client installation is scoped separately. Included products, hosting, updates, support, fees, term, intellectual property, data handling and cancellation are set out in that agreement. Prices on this website are starting points and are superseded by the written scope. Descriptions on this site do not promise unlimited changes, compatibility with every website or a particular sales outcome.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but maintenance or service interruptions may occur. Keep your own copy of important design summaries and project records. We may update the sample builders and these terms as the service develops.
