1. What we build

A cyq Studio for the product range named in your written scope: the sizes, materials, options and rules it will offer, and the ones it will refuse. It lives on a page of your website (as an embed) or a page we host under your name. Customers use it without an account. Each design they send arrives at the destinations you nominate as a design brief: the full specification, a picture of the design, their contact details and any site details they gave.

2. The free call and your written scope

The first step is a free 20-minute video call. There is no charge for it and nothing to sign. If you want to go ahead, we send a written scope and a fixed monthly figure. The one-time build fee is A$2,750. If we do not think a Studio will earn its keep for your business, we say so.

3. Building and going live

We agree a go-live date in your written scope, counted from receiving your approved product list, options and rules. You review a working version before it goes live and get two rounds of changes inside the build. Go-live needs access to add a page or embed to your website, or a page we host.

4. The retainer

The monthly retainer starts on the day your Studio goes live and covers hosting, monitoring, security updates, catalogue and content changes, and a monthly report. Larger changes, new product ranges and new integrations are scoped and priced in writing before they start. The first term is six months; after that it continues month to month.

5. Your prices and your rules

Every figure the Studio shows is a guide until your written quote. You choose whether customers see an exact figure, a from-price, a range or no price. You are responsible for the accuracy of the prices, sizes and rules you give us; we are responsible for the Studio applying them exactly as agreed.

6. Compliance

Where the Studio refers to a standard (for example pool-barrier heights under AS 1926.1), it shows indicative design prompts only, such as checking the minimum barrier height you set. It does not certify compliance with AS 1926.1 or any other standard. Certification, council approval and an installer’s site inspection remain your responsibility.

7. Ownership and data

Your product data, prices, photos, brand and every enquiry are yours. The Studio software, the 3D models and the parts library are ours and licensed to you for the life of the retainer. Enquiries are stored on Railway infrastructure in Singapore and copied to the destinations you nominate. Our privacy notice applies. On ending, we export your enquiries as CSV within ten business days and delete them 30 days later unless you ask otherwise.

8. Availability and support

We monitor the Studio and aim for it to be available 99.5% of each month, excluding your own website. Report a problem by email; we will respond as soon as possible and treat outages as a priority. If the Studio was unavailable for more than a day in a month through our fault, that month is credited in proportion.

9. Ending it

After the first six months, either side can end the retainer with 30 days’ written notice. If we cannot deliver what we scoped, you do not pay for months it was not live and the agreement ends without penalty. If you end it during the first term, the remaining months of the term are payable.

10. Payment

Invoices are monthly in advance and due within 14 days. Prices are in Australian dollars and include any GST that applies. We may pause a Studio after 30 days of non-payment with a week’s notice.

11. Liability

Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the retainer fees paid in the previous six months. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be limited.
