What we collect
When you enquire, we collect the name, business, email, optional phone and website, business category and message you provide. A workspace account also stores your saved sample designs, account details and project conversations. Please don’t submit sensitive personal information or another person’s private details.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, understand your business, discuss a possible service and operate your workspace. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell enquiry or account information.
Storage and access
Application records are held in a private Postgres database on Railway, reachable only from the application. Authorised site operators can review enquiries. A business account can access its own saved designs and project records. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; recovery codes are stored as keyed hashes. Neither is stored as readable text in the account records.
Service providers and technical logs
Railway provides hosting and the database. Resend delivers the enquiry alert to us and a confirmation copy to the address you entered. Technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, may be processed by their infrastructure and support systems outside Australia. Our abuse controls use a keyed hash of the request IP, and we use essential session cookies for sign-in. The public site does not load advertising trackers.
Optional visitor analytics
When analytics are available, Create Your Quote (CYQ) asks before loading Google Analytics or setting its cookies. You can decline and use the site normally. If you agree, we measure visits to selected public marketing pages using fixed page names. We do not send URL queries, fragments, form answers, account identifiers or private builder and workspace page views to Analytics. Advertising features and Google Signals are switched off.
Use “Analytics settings” to change your choice at any time. Turning analytics off stops future collection and attempts to remove its cookies from this browser; it does not erase visits already recorded. Your preference is saved in this browser’s local storage. Analytics cookies, when allowed, expire after 90 days. Google may process this usage information outside Australia. This choice is separate from Google sign-in, image generation and optional marketing emails.
During a private website preview, an essential access cookie remembers a successful preview-password check for up to eight hours. It is separate from analytics consent.
Photo visualisations and website demos
When you request an AI visualisation, your site photo, design reference and selected product details are sent to Google’s Gemini API to create an illustrative image. Website-to-demo matching also uses Gemini to interpret public content from the website you provide. Avoid including people, registration plates or other private details in site photos. If your browser cannot convert a HEIC photo, our server processes it to make a compatible image. A standard photo preview does not itself request an AI render.
Google sign-in and free images
Google sign-in stores your Google account identifier, name and email separately from business workspace accounts. We use these details to recognise your account and enforce a lifetime allowance of two free AI images across browsers and devices. Signing out does not reset this allowance. We do not request access to Gmail, contacts or your password. Google’s sign-in service loads when you open the sign-in controls. Essential cookies keep the sign-in session for up to eight hours.
Marketing emails are optional. We record your choice, its date and the consent wording version. You can withdraw consent using the email preference beside the image controls when signed in, or contact us. Signing in alone does not subscribe you. Account identifiers and image usage records support abuse prevention; no photo or generated image is stored in those records. A confirmed generation failure restores your personal allowance. A completed generation or an interrupted request whose outcome cannot be confirmed may still use an image.
Payments and bookings
Stripe processes quoting-review payments on its hosted checkout page. We retain booking details and payment references to confirm your appointment and handle payment enquiries. Card details are entered with Stripe, not stored in our application. Google and Stripe may process information outside Australia under their own privacy terms.
Retention
We retain information while it is needed for your enquiry, account or an agreed service. You can ask us to review, correct or delete your information. Records may need to be retained where required for an active service, a dispute or a legal obligation. We review retention as part of account administration.
Your choices
Optional form fields can be left blank. You can customise a sample design without an account. Generating AI images requires Google sign-in. Sharing a design creates a link containing only the chosen sample options, not your account or contact details. A signed-in session expires after eight hours or when you sign out.

Email jakeglass131+cyq@gmail.com or use our contact form and label your message “Privacy request”. Include the email associated with your enquiry or account and what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before disclosing or changing account information.
